Each investor registration is linked to an EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) wallet on the Polygon blockchain. By utilizing technologies such as Account Abstraction and Smart Wallets, Sonica simplifies the user experience by abstracting the technical complexities of the blockchain.

Asset Custody

The wallets are managed through advanced security technologies, such as the services offered by Fireblocks and Magic. Additionally, Sonica presents a versatile custody model, allowing the issuer to opt to take responsibility for the assets contained and the management of investors' wallets.

In this context, it is possible to disable the native wallet and integrate the issuer's customized wallet, thereby promoting an optimized custody approach that aligns the security and compliance policies with the issuer's strategy.
